 - Open to Grades 1-3 @ Washington Avenue School, Chatham

 - Monday (Grades 1-3): 7.30am-8.15am

 - Wednesday (Grades 1-3): 7.30am-8.15am

 - 1 or 2 day option

 - Engage and activate Mind, Body and Spirit

 - 8 week student centered curriculum

 - Mindfulness, The Body, Personal Fitness, Sports, Games, Nutrition.

 - Wellness flows through each class as we cover a different activity and topic each week.

 - Children become active, learn, have fun and develop life skills, helping them make choices towards leading a healthy lifestyle.

 - Positive learning environment

 - Small group sizes.  Limited spaces!
